I think that I will post a little idea each time I blog about what I know best, cars. Tonight I will write about a tip that helps people with their cars. Hopefully the tip will help someone when they need it. My tip for now is; when you have a cigerette burn on carpet you can repair it using a straight edged razor and some spray adhesive. Buy yourself some 3M "77" spray adhesive from Walmart or any major retailer in the hardware department. Buy some single edge straight razors. Find carpet that is undamaged under you seat and at an angle drag the blade back and forth until you develope freed fuze. Take this fuss and collect in to a ball. Once you have this, set aside. Spray adhesive in the burn area of the carpet. Make sure to get it into the hole. Take the appropriate amount of fuzz and stick it into the hole after 5 minutes of spraying. Take a toothpick or match stick and tamp the fuzz into the hole and primp until it fits fully. Let dry and then with sissors clip any extra outside or stragling fibers. Thats it. Easy fix.

The worst is brought out by this economy!

During this month I have seen the worst in customers. Those that haven't bought have been edgy at best and coniving at worst. There isn't a day I haven't received a call from someone acting interested in a vehicle with cloak and dagger behavior. They call on restricted lines so that the telephone number won't show up. They won't give their names or pertinent information to create reasonable dialog. They act as if someone has taken advantage of them severly in the automotive sales world and they are not going to be taken again. It is always the same questions; what's the lowest you will take for the car you've got listed? What's wrong with your vehicle your selling? Once the barrage of questions subsides, they won't wait for an answer or analize what I respond. I think that people are battered from this current administration of government. They either have been hurt finacially or they expect to be. A select group of inquiries are from the camp that they deserve everything for nothing, another effect of our current political leaders. This last group want what I call the "ME...ME group" They have Nordstroms taste on a Walmart budget. They couple this with the arrogence of Obama and self deservedness of Nancy Pelosi. I can't wait for this month to be over. Hopefully the honest will go shopping again once Christmas doesn't demand their incomes.
